Not much is known about Wandering Archerers, except that they are deadly and can mean quick death for an unfortunate enemy of them to meet their path. They are fallen archers that instead utilize the full potential of critical rates in meele combat, essentially being the king 'DPS' class in the game. They have many abilities to aid with their power, since their weapons in themself are weak.
